Pattern TypeLetterStyleHip Hop
A letter pattern and embroidery define this men's Army Green varsity jacket. The turn-down collar and single-breasted front give the letterman design specific construction details to include in your OEM brief.
Develop the raised artwork
Provide the wording or graphic, placement and scale you want on the selected design. Confirm whether chenille, 3D embroidery or another agreed treatment applies before approving the sample effect.
- Approve the letter layout and decoration area.
- Agree the actual technique and thread or surface reference.
- Check the finished sample against the accepted artwork.
Connect fit with component choices
Army Green is listed in Xs, S, M, L, Xl, 2 XL and 3 XL. Compare finished shoulder, chest, sleeve and back dimensions for the intended regular silhouette and layers.
Polyester-fibre filling and satin lining are specified. Request the body and sleeve compositions, component percentages, satin fibre, finish and care details before approving a wool- or leather-specific requirement.
Define the sample agreement
Confirm accepted artwork and material changes, minimum quantity and the scope of seven-day sample support. Set sample dispatch and later production timing against that agreed specification; breathability, environmental benefits and temperature suitability need separate evidence.
