Embroidery, a turn-down collar and a zipper front give this men's vintage bomber jacket its starting design. The colour selector is custom, so the shade and decoration brief need to be defined for the version you want.
Turn the colour idea into a reference
Send the intended shade together with the embroidery and print layout. Confirm the exact surface appearance and any colourblock or spliced design before approval, rather than assuming a finish from a broad style description.
Settle proportions and components together
Request measured back length before choosing for a cropped look, alongside chest, shoulder and sleeve dimensions. Regular sleeves, no hood and cotton filling are specified; ask for the complete shell and lining composition, surface treatment and care instructions for the proposed version.
Follow a clear OEM approval sequence
Use the custom-colour selection to link the embroidery/print reference and measured proportions in one OEM brief. Confirm the applicable seven-day sample support as part of these approvals:
- Provide the colour reference and artwork, and confirm the chosen decoration.
- Send the size breakdown using Xxs, Xs, S, M, L, Xl, 2 XL, 3 XL, 4 XL, 5 XL or 6Xl, with the required measurements.
- Agree the minimum quantity, sample approval and production schedule before placing the order.
Request relevant evidence if weather, UV or other functional performance is essential. Biker styling alone does not establish protective riding suitability.
