Review the hood and artwork as a whole
Check the hood/collar arrangement with the intended embroidery on the complete reference. Approve button details separately from the zipper fastening rather than assuming a button-front closure.
Choose a named or custom pattern
Labels are Xxs, Xs, S, M, L, Xl and custom, each requiring finished dimensions and agreed ease. Colours are Blue, Black, Pink, Gold, White, Red, Yellow, Light Blue, Purple, Mint and Navy; compare an actual swatch with the embossed finish.
Agree the lining and care
Ask for the chosen lining and PU backing/finish specification. No filling does not establish an unlined garment, and winter or durability wording provides no tested performance rating.
Set the OEM approval schedule
Discuss design, colour, logo, size and packing changes on the selected sample. Confirm minimums and actual timing under seven-day sample support before setting production and dispatch dates.
