Approve relief and artwork together
Use a reference that shows the graphic, its placement and the intended surface effect. Confirm whether and where 3D embroidery applies to the selected design rather than assuming every raised detail uses the same method.
Fit the body and elastic openings
Black is listed in S, M, L and Xl, with a loose type and regular body length. Ask for finished chest, shoulder, sleeve and back measurements, together with waistband and cuff dimensions, so the trim and body can be assessed together.
What is inside the PU shell?
Polyester lining and spray-bonded wadding filling are specified. Confirm the wadding's fibre and amount, plus backing, coating and care details; thick construction alone does not define a winter temperature range.
Connect the sample to the graphic brief
For an OEM enquiry, make the approved artwork, relief effect and trim measurements the acceptance criteria. Confirm permitted changes and minimum quantity, then agree how seven-day sample support applies and when a later production order could proceed.
